2 Ingredient Nutella Brownie Bites

Crisp Crackly Top with a super fudgy center, best brownies ever with just 2 ingredients.

WHO LOVES CHOCOLATE? The question should be who doesn’t? 😃 My Kids love chocolate in any form and they will devour cakes, brownies, anything that involves chocolate. So I try to satisfy their chocolate cravings(read demands.. sigh!) in one way or another. I make them healthy chocolate stuff like Black bean brownies, Zucchini brownies, whole wheat chocolate cakes, etc. every week. But, once the schools started, I was super busy and and had less time on my hands. So my older one(she is almost 9) decided that she is going to make this 2 ingredient Nutella Brownie all by herself. This is something we had made in the past and she loves, so she jumped at the idea of making this super decadent and the most easiest brownies ever. I am super proud of her!

As you can see, we love chocolate on chocolate on chocolate.. 😁

What are the 2 ingredients used in 2 ingredient Nutella Brownie?

Eggs and Nutella, That’s it! No flour, no baking sodas, no more sugar, nothing. Well technically, Nutella does have a few ingredients of its own like sugar, milk, etc. but we don’t need to add anything else. These turn out be chewy, gooey and so decadent that no one will believe that they only have 2 ingredients in them, Trust me!

What Equipment do you need to make these brownies?

These brownies can be made in any pan, a 8 inch square pan which is traditionally used to make brownies works great. It could be a glass one too. Grease with avocado oil spray and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees F.

But I like to make it in a muffin or cupcake pan which makes perfect bite size brownies and each brownie has this crispy edge which is my favorite part of the brownie. What’s your favorite piece in a brownie? Is it the cripsy one on the corners or the fudgy one in the center? Well, this brownie has both!

I also like to use an Ice Cream Scoop with a trigger release to get even sized brownies.

How to get best cripsy and fudgy Nutella Brownies?

The trick is not to overcook them. If you remove from the oven when they are still a bit soft to touch, that will make sure you get that fudgy center. And the most important thing of all, Let them cool down completely. Especially, If you are baking in a 8 inch pan, its very important to wait for the brownies to cool down.

How do you store these brownies?

These brownies stay great at room temperature for 2-3 days. I move them to refrigerator after the first 2 days and keep them in refrigerator for at least 5 days. They freeze well and thaw out even fudgier than before. Though my batch of brownies never lasted long enough to freeze, I would recommend freezing if you have a lot of leftover brownies.

If you are looking for a brownie recipe which is super healthy, are sugarless, flourless, high in protein, decadent and are totally amazing, try this Zucchini brownie, they are absolutely delicious!
